Commercial Fleet Washing in South Florida

We come to your facility — no downtime moving vehicles, no off-site wash fees, no scheduling around third-party hours.

Your fleet is a rolling billboard for your brand — and in South Florida's salt air, road grime, and year-round humidity, commercial vehicles get dirty fast. TitanFlow Exteriors brings professional fleet washing directly to your yard or facility, cleaning exterior body panels, wheels, wheel wells, and undercarriages on your schedule, with zero disruption to dispatch operations. Our on-site service eliminates the cost and logistical complexity of sending vehicles to a commercial wash facility, and delivers consistent results that meet the presentation and maintenance standards of professional fleet operators.

Our Process

Our fleet washing process is designed to integrate with your fleet's operational schedule — we work with your fleet manager or dispatcher to identify the best window for washing vehicles as they return from routes, before dispatch, or during overnight downtime. For each vehicle, we begin with a rinse pass to remove loose surface dirt, road salt, and debris. We then apply a pH-balanced commercial vehicle soap via foam cannon for maximum surface coverage and dwell time, allowing the detergent to emulsify road film and road tar before agitation.

Body panels, cab areas, and trailer sides are washed with a soft-bristle brush or low-pressure rinse depending on the surface finish and contamination level. Wheel wells and wheels receive a separate degreaser application — brake dust, road tar, and tire dressing residue require a dedicated wheel cleaner rather than standard soap. Undercarriage flushing is performed with a dedicated undercarriage wand that flushes accumulated road grime, salt, and road tar from chassis components, frame rails, and suspension areas. This is particularly important for South Florida fleets that operate near coastal areas where salt accumulation accelerates chassis corrosion. After washing, vehicles are rinsed and — for client accounts that require it — a spray wax or de-ionized rinse is applied as a finishing step.

Common Questions

Do you come to our facility or do we bring vehicles to you?

We come to you. Our mobile fleet washing service is 100% on-site at your yard, fleet depot, or facility. You do not need to send vehicles to a wash bay — we bring all equipment, water supply (500-gallon tank), soap, and a portable water reclamation setup if required by your site.

How many vehicles can you wash in one visit?

A typical two-person crew can wash 8–15 box trucks or cargo vans per shift depending on vehicle size, soil level, and services included (with or without undercarriage). Semi-tractors and trailers take longer — typically 20–35 minutes per unit. We can scale crew size for larger fleet days.

What is the cost of commercial fleet washing per vehicle?

Fleet washing is typically priced per vehicle based on vehicle class: cargo vans $35–$60, box trucks $60–$100, semi-tractors $80–$130, trailers $75–$120. Volume pricing applies for fleet contracts of 10+ vehicles per visit. Call 754-305-2199 for a fleet-specific quote.

Can you wash vehicles in our gated or secured facility?

Yes. We regularly service fleets at secured logistics facilities, distribution centers, and corporate yards. We carry full liability insurance and can provide our COI, background check documentation, and any vendor credentialing your facility requires before approving on-site service.

Do you offer recurring fleet washing contracts?

Yes. Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring fleet contracts are available with fixed per-vehicle pricing and priority scheduling. Contract clients are served on a consistent day and time that aligns with their dispatch schedule. Most fleet operators find a recurring contract the most cost-effective approach.

Can you wash vehicles without access to an external water source?

Yes. Our rig carries a 500-gallon on-board water supply sufficient for washing 10–15 vehicles before refilling. For larger fleet days we can identify a water source on your property (hose bib, fire hydrant with permit) or arrange for a water tender. We will solve the water logistics for your site.

Do you wash refrigerated trailers and reefer units?

Yes. Refrigerated trailers are cleaned with the same process as standard dry-van trailers, with care taken to avoid directing high-pressure water into refrigeration unit intakes, door gaskets, and electrical connections. We are familiar with reefer trailer washing protocols.

Is fleet washing safe for vehicle wraps and vinyl graphics?

Yes, with appropriate technique. Vehicle wraps are cleaned at lower pressure and with pH-neutral soap to protect the vinyl film and adhesive bond. We avoid pressure washing directly at wrap edges, which can lift the film. If your fleet has recently applied wraps, let us know so we can adjust our pressure settings accordingly.

Do you handle wastewater from fleet washing on-site?

For sites where local ordinances require wastewater capture — particularly near storm drains or in municipal fleet operations — we deploy a portable berm-and-vacuum system to collect wash water for proper disposal. Let us know your site's drainage situation when you request a quote.

Are you insured for on-site fleet washing at a commercial facility?

Yes. TitanFlow Exteriors carries full general liability insurance for on-site commercial fleet washing operations. We can issue a COI naming your company as additionally insured, which is a common requirement for vendor access to secured logistics and distribution facilities.
